Bermuda Snooker League Action Results

The Bermuda Snooker League season resumed with four matches on tap, three of the matches ended with a three point margin, while the other was decided by one point.

Spanish Point Boat Club One 4 Spanish Point Boat Club Two 1

Spanish Point Boat Club One won the battle of the Club with a 4 – 1 victory over Spanish Point Boat Club Two. Paul Fedden would put the One team ahead 2 – 0 after he defeated Scott Barnes 62-32 and 65-24, Karl Wilson would then put the Two team on the board defeating Stewart Greenslade 55-41, but Ed Gumbs defeated Billy Wotton 60-26 to give the One team a two point lead and then they would close out the match winning the Doubles 47-25 as Chris Dakin and Greenslade defeated John Orr and Wilson.

Sandys Boat Club One 4 Royal Artillery Association 1

Sandys Boat Club One defeated the Royal Artillery Association 4 – 1, Peter Bromby would put Sandys Boat Club up 2 – 0 when he defeated Jacal Washington 48-38 and 61-56, it would be 3 – 0 when Martin Siese defeated Jelani Hollis 66-36, but the Royal Artillery Association would pull a point back when Kyle Williams defeated Richard Beale 69-39, but Sandy Boat Club would close out the match winning the Doubles with Siese and Beale defeating Hollis and Williams 51-31.

Watford Sports Club 4 Warwick Workman’s Club Two 1

Watford Sports Club defeated Warwick Workman’s Club Two 4 – 1, Watford Sports Club would take all the Singles matches with Aaron Bean defeating Steven Bremar 61-20, Winslow Smith defeated Zane DeSilva 51-48 and then Keino Zuill defeated Ray DeSilva 45-23 and 46-44, but in the Doubles Warwick Workman’s Club’s Bremar and Maurice Hawkins defeated Bean and Smith 53-40.

Warwick Workman’s Club One 3 Sandys Boat Club Two 2

Warwick Workman’s Club One playing with one man short had to win each game they played in order to defeat Sandys Boat Club Two and they did just that 3 – 2.

In Singles Warwick Workman’s would take a 2 – 0 lead after Trevor Mouchette defeated Lee Timothy 68-23 and then Gary Bascombe defeated Darren 56-10, but Sandys Boat Club Two would draw level when Jim McLennan won both his games by default, it would come down to the Doubles with Bascombe and Mouchette defeating Tyler Siese and Chris Bromby 68-29.
