Three People Charged With Murder In England
[Updated] Two 17-year-old males have been charged with murder in connection with the death of 17-year-old Bermudian student Lyrico Steede in England, and a 17-year-old female has also been charged with “assisting an offender” and is due to appear at a Nottingham Court next month.
This is according to a statement from the Nottinghamshire Police in the UK, which said two 17-year-old males have been charged with murder in connection with the death of Lyrico Steede, and they are due to appear at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court today [Friday 2 March].
“A 17-year-old girl has also been charged with assisting an offender and is due to appear at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 3 April 2018,” the statement said.
Officers have also arrested a 19-year-old man on “suspicion of murder in connection with the investigation,” while an 18-year-old man previously arrested on suspicion of murder “has been released under investigation.”
Detective Chief Inspector Hayley Williams, who is leading the investigation, said: “Although we have made a number of arrests in connection with the investigation we are still seeking information and would urge anyone with information to please come forward.”

Update 5.40pm: A third person has been charged with murder in connection with the death of Lyrico Steede, the Nottinghamshire Police have confirmed.
“Kasharn Campbell, 19, of the Bobbers Mill area, has been remanded in custody to appear at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court tomorrow [Saturday 3 March],” the police said.
“Two 17-year-old boys appeared at the same court today [Friday 2 March] and were remanded in custody to appear at Nottingham Crown Court on Monday 5 March.”
