Nathan Trott Named In England U20 Squad
Bermudian Nathan Trott has been named in the England U20 squad for two friendly matches in September, the first against Switzerland and the second against the Netherlands.
The talented goalkeeper plays for West Ham, and their website said, “West Ham United youngsters Nathan Trott and Ajibola Alese have been called-up by England at U20 and U18 levels respectively.
“Goalkeeper Trott is named in the U20 squad for two friendly matches, the first against Switzerland at St George’s Park on Thursday 6 September and the second against the Netherlands at KVV Quick Boys in Katwijk on Monday 10 September.
“The 19-year-old has been capped four times at U20 level previously, most recently in a 3-0 victory over Portugal in March.”
Congratulations obviously, but does this mean he can’t represent Bermuda at the full level?
