Police Seek Witnesses To Fatal Collision Scene
The police continue to investigate the motorcycle collision that resulted in the death of 18-year-old Jen-Naya Simmons on July 15th on North Shore Road in Hamilton parish, saying they would like to “speak to the driver and occupants of a silver coloured Suzuki APV vanette” which they believe “came upon the scene of this collision very soon after it occurred.”
A police spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Police Service Roads Policing Unit continues to investigate the circumstances behind the apparent single vehicle motorcycle collision that claimed the life of 18-year-old Jen-Naya Simmons on 15th July, 2018.
“The collision occurred east of the Aquarium on North Shore Road in Hamilton parish.
“Police would like to make contact with and speak to the driver and occupants of a silver coloured Suzuki APV vanette.
“Police are aware that there were at least 4 occupants in this vehicle and believe the vehicle came upon the scene of this collision very soon after it occurred.
“Any person associated to this vehicle is asked to contact Sergeant Dorian Astwood on 717-0849 or via his e-mail dastwood3@bps.bm.”
