Princess Offer ‘To Go’ Mother’s Day Brunch

Hamilton Princess & Beach Club will be offering its traditional Mother’s Day Brunch in to-go format this weekend for those wanting to celebrate their mothers in the usual Bermudian way.

“The Hamilton Princess brunch offering will feed four people with a wide spread of more than 15 menu items that will evoke brunch classics and Marcus’ signature flair,” a spokesperson said.

“Dishes available will include the restaurant’s famous Jalepeno Cornbread, Devilled Eggs, Marcus’ French Toast, Chicken & Waffles, Prime Roast Beef, Mac n Cheese and Princess Classic Cheesecake, plus much more. For larger gatherings, extra portions of certain dishes, such as Charcuterie and Mac n Cheese can be ordered.”

Tim Morrison, General Manager at Hamilton Princess & Beach Club, said: “Mother’s Day Brunch is a beloved tradition in Bermuda, and we are so pleased to be able to offer families a way to continue that tradition at home this year. While so much is uncertain right now, we think it’s important to take a moment to relax and enjoy a special holiday meal with our loved ones and this is the perfect way to do so without making anyone cook!”

Mother’s Day Brunch is a fixed menu which costs $160 for four people, with extra add-ons possible. Orders must be placed before 8pm on Saturday evening and can then be collected from the front of the hotel in drive-thru style from 11am on Sunday. The Mother’s Day Brunch is available exclusively through the Sargasso Sea app.
