Increased Penalty Zone: 3 Years Behind Bars

24 year old Tristan Howard was today (June 25) sentenced in Magistrates Court to three years behind bars after pleading guilty to drug possession with intent to supply, while in an increased penalty zone. The court heard that Mr Howard was found by police officers in possession of the drugs within 300 metres of the Prospect Primary School. Following his guilty plea and sentencing, Mr Howard was led from the court to begin his sentence.
