Junior Track Stars Heading To Santo Domingo
18 of Bermuda’s top junior athletes will be heading out to the CAC Jr. Championships in Santo Domingo, which will be held from July 2-4. The team includes top sprinter Jeneko Place, 800 metre specialists Henry Stevens-Carty and Shaquille Dill, 1,500 metre runners Juma Mouchette and Dage Minors and 3,000 metre runner Taylor Ashley Bean.
Many of these athletes captured medals at this years Carifta Games which was held in the Caymans, and it is projected that the team will again return to the island in possession of medals. Traveling with the team is Gina Evans [Team Manager]. former Olympian Michael Watson [Head Coach] Bill Euler [Coach] Paul Simons [Junior Coach] and Susan Verity [Physio].
