21-Yr-Old Shooting Victim Expected To Recover
Bernews understands that Julian Washington, the 21-year-old man shot yesterday morning, is expected to recover from his injuries.
Around 12:05am on Monday August 9th, Police responded to a confirmed firearm incident at the Mid-Atlantic Boat Club on North Shore Road in Devonshire.
The Police state that Mr Washington was shot in the parking lot, and taken to King Edward Memorial Hospital for treatment where we understand he remains in stable condition.
The Police have said they cannot clarify whether the shooting of Mr Washington and the fatal shooting of Yankee Rawlins were related, but believe both circumstances may be gang related.
Mr Washington’s Facebook page contains posts from friends wishing him well and to “stay up”.
As of this writing, we understand there have been no arrests in connection with his shooting.
