Man Charged With Sexual Assault
This morning [Sept 15] a man appeared in Magistrates Court in connection with an alleged sexual assault that occurred this past weekend on September 11th.
The 29-year-old man, who cannot be named nor pictured for legal reasons, has been bailed out on $5,000 with a like surety, and is set to reappear in December of this year.
Last night and this morning ZBM news carried a story saying a female had gotten off the bus and was walking in the Loyal Hill Pass area when a man approached her and allegedly forcibly sexually assaulted her.
