Video: Sylvan Richards Candidate Announcement
This morning [Nov 8] the Bermuda Democratic Alliance [BDA] announced that Sylvan Richards will stand as their candidate for the December 15th bye-election in Warwick South Central. Mr Richards, a Howard Graduate who is an Assistant Vice President at Allied World Assurance Company Ltd, is making his first foray into the political arena.
