M2 Global Ltd Changes Name To Ubixo Ltd
In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange, M2 Global Ltd announced that under a Resolution approved on 30 April, 2010, it has changed its name to Ubixo Limited.
Darren Rennick, President of Ubixo, said, “Ubixo has made the strategic decision to focus its business on intellectual property holdings and investments in the broader payment processing industry and financial institutions. Up until now Ubixo had predominantly been a prepaid card management company. In conjunction with this change in focus we made the decision to change the name of the company. Our new name we feel represents our broader, more ubiquitous, vision for our business.”
