  1. Dragging A Lure says:

It was a good sign that they kept KIM Swan and Michael Dunkley out of the video.
Janet Bridgewater and Richard Krupp will continue in the roles as party secretary and treasurer respectively.” (Old Guard)

“Montell Currin, Nicholas Swan and Ed Bailey will be the party’s deputy chairmen.”
    Who did they replace?
(Nicholas Swan and Ed Bailey – Old Guard)
I was impressed with the idea of shadow boards. (how will it work? same faces.)
Can’t wait to see the new candidates.
Old membership with new positions does not give a winning edge.

UBP’s has a real imagine problem.

    Same Ole Same Ole

    • Bottom Line says:

I was reading an interesting financial article. I replaced the name “wall street” with UBP and “America” with Bermuda. And we have an excellent portait of the UBP:
… the UBP’s behavior is so predictable … like a blind addict trapped in denial, unable to see the deadly consequences of their behavior. And unfortunately, the UBP will not wake up until they bottom out … until it’s too late … until they take Bermuda down with them … they cannot see … cannot stop …

      • Copy Cat says:

… the PLP’s behavior is so predictable … like a blind addict trapped in denial, unable to see the deadly consequences of their behavior. And unfortunately, the PLP will not wake up until they bottom out … until it’s too late … until they take Bermuda down with them … they cannot see … cannot stop …

        Just sayin :P

  2. observer says:

In supporting Devrae Noel-Simmons, the UBP has lost any remaining credibility. They are hardly relevant any more.

    • LOL (original) says:

Exactly @ observer so how are people still blaming them for “dragging the country under”. The PLP have the majority seats and can pass anything they want and have. The results of poorly thought out plans and laws that have unintended consequences that take up time to amend to get in right. Please at this point the blame is on the voter and the PLP squally. Sorry to bust your circle jerk over the UBP’s tomb I think they need to go away to but only because the public will never elect them again because of their image even if what they say does make sense. Wishing for three strikes rule and then some serious counseling for repeat offenders and or rehab, the economy is shot but we still could not find who sent the bullet, money is unaccounted for but no one found out who “doctored” the cheques. It’s cool cause it Government F U B U or should I say for you by you facts seem to have an anti PLP bias. If anyone let us down it was ourselves,……………..

      LOL
Stop obsessing over your enemy it’s your friends you should be worried about.
