Three Arrested After Victoria Park Incident
Three men have been arrested, and bailed, following a disturbance at Victoria Park yesterday afternoon [Jan 18].
A Police spokesman said “Around 3:15pm on Tuesday, Police responded to a reported disturbance at Victoria Park in Pembroke.”
“As a result, three young men were arrested in connection with the incident and subsequently released on Police bail. Inquiries into this matter are ongoing.”
Yesterday a bystander told Bernews that he believed that someone had been assaulted, and a number of Police vehicles quickly drew up in the vicinity of the Hamilton park. When the officers approached, the bystander said one young man bolted in what he said was an obvious attempt to flee the Police.

Tell the police to go down Par La Ville Park at 4:00pm on a weekday. Garunteed they’ll walk out of that park with at least 5 people. I’ve been harrassed twice while walking through that park. You can small ganja as soon as you get in the gate.
The park issues continue!! Will the COH and the police ever get it?? These guy and yes women to, are in the parks from as early as 7:30am – smoking, drinking, and God knows what else!!
The police do go down to Par-la-Ville. I have seen the numerous times. Sadly, they cannot be everywhere.
“Confoozin”…?
Whats that suppose to mean. My stuff made it ashore. It’s in the public domain. Sales are up. And if you notice… there are still cedar trees on Cedar Avenue.
As for Jasons comment…he’s a good boy. Really nice guy….just gave his heart too the Lord……
