US Storm Causes Fresh Travel Chaos
A winter storm which blanketed the East Coast with snow last night has caused fresh travel disruptions for Bermuda today [Jan.27].
The massive storm, which dumped 18 inches of snow in some areas of New York and New Jersey, has already led to the cancellation of Jet Blue’s flight from New York and Continental’s service from Newark.
Other flights from the region have been delayed.
Travel chaos is expected to worsen and further cancellations could be announced.
Passengers are being advised to call airlines, their travel agents or to check flight schedules online.
