Eight Arrests Made For Outstanding Warrants
A Police spokesman said: “On Tuesday February 15th 2011 a total of eight individuals, five men and three women ranging in age from 18 – 49 years old, were arrested for outstanding warrants.”
“In one of those incidents Police responded to a report of suspicious individuals hanging around the George’s Bay Road, Sandys parish area at 5:25pm on Tuesday. As a result an 18 year old Pembroke man was arrested on an outstanding warrant and detained. Three other young men in the area were dispersed before officers resumed patrol.”
In addition Police said that officers conducted mobile patrols in various areas of the island overnight with no reports of any unusual activity. Areas patrolled from 7pm last night to 7am this morning included but were not limited to: St. Monica’s Road, Glebe Road, Court Street, Angle Street, Middle Town Drive, Curving Avenue, South Road, Spanish Point Road, Jennings Road, Ord Road, Mill Reach Road, Winton Hill Lane, Sun Valley Road, Pain Lane East, Belvedere Road and more.

Bermuda needs to stop nit pickin’ about what they doin’ . . .everyone knows everyone else’s job and knows how it should be done. . . .de BPS is doin they job Bermuda . ..let’s do ours in helping them
