At its regular meeting held on February 23, 2011, the OneBeacon Insurance Group, Ltd. Board of Directors declared a $0.21 per share quarterly dividend, payable in cash on March 31, 2011, to holders of record of Common Shares as of the close of business on March 17, 2011.
