BFA Enter Women’s U-17 World Cup
The Bermuda Football Association has announced that Bermuda will be competing in the Women’s U-17 FIFA/CONCACAF World Cup Qualifying Tournament during the summer 2011.
In previous years the tournament has been held late June or mid August. As for a venue, that will be determined later.
Beginning Tuesday, March 8, 15, 22, and 29, the National Academy will be holding training sessions for (1995 Birth year) players starting at 5pm – 6:30pm at the BFA training facility.
This will be an opportunity for the players to prepare for the upcoming tournament later this summer. During the months of April, May and June, training sessions will increase from once a week to two and three sessions nightly.
