Women’s Cricket League To Start
The Bermuda Cricket Board’s Women’s Cricket League (BCBWCL) is scheduled to start on Saturday 7 May, 2011 finishing in July.
The aim of the league is for players to come out and “have-a-go!” – there is no experience necessary and training will be provided for all teams and individuals.
The Women’s National Coach, Roxell John, will be conducting training sessions open to individuals and teams competing in the league which will start on Tuesday 19 April and will run every Tuesday and Thursday evening, 6pm-8pm at BHS gym till the end of the season.
To register a team (11 players) persons are asked to complete the Team Registration Form and submit by Wednesday 6 April, 2011. Individual applications are welcome and the BCB will place you on a team! If you don’t have a full team to register please indicate that on your form as we always have individual players to place. Please note, individual players must complete a Player Registration Form.
Games will be two hours max and will be scheduled on Saturdays, 9.30am or 11.30am start.
