North Rock Opens New Service Centre
This morning [May 2] North Rock Communications officially opened a new retail customer service centre in Washington Mall in Hamilton. In attendance was Minister Walter Roban, Permanent Secretary Derrick Binns, the Town Crier, along with Vicki Coelho, Tom Coelho and Eric Hetzel of North Rock.
The Minister congratulated North Rock on their achievements thus far in the telecom industry in enabling quality telecommunications services to the public, and wished them every success in the future.
Vicki Coelho, General Manager of North Rock stated; “Although Bermuda is experiencing an unprecedented economic period we are thrilled to be opening a centre of excellence for our valued customers. We pride ourselves in providing superior customer service, innovation, and cost effective telecommunication services. We are pleased that the Honourable Minister Roban, JP, MP has joined us today to open our new store.”
Ms Coelho added, “We would like to thank and recognize our partners in this project, Nancy Desouza of Terceira Quarterly the Interior Designer, Greymane Contracting, the general contractor, Washington Properties, and most importantly team North Rock. We hope our customers enjoy the new store and the opportunity to have local telephone calls and Internet browsing.”
