Woman Charged With Stealing $19,000
In Magistrates Court this morning [May 26], Natercia Jimenez was faced with a number of counts involving dishonesty, stealing, false accounting, and falsifying or concealing accounting information.
The court alleged that between 1st June 2007 and 10th September 2009, she had taken $19,000 belonging to the Town & Country cleaning company.
With Wayne Caines acting as her lawyer, she pleaded not guilty and the matter was set for mention on 2nd June 2011.

I know her (the accused), she did not have a Lawyer (could not afford one), she asked Mr Caines if he could represent her today until she gets legal aid (and gets a lawyer to represent her).
