BUEI Donates DVDs To Schools, Libraries
Today [June 8] the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute [BUEI] presented Bermuda’s public schools and libraries with a set of four DVD’s each.
Minister of Environment, Planning and Infrastructure Strategy Walter Roban said, “It gives me great pleasure to be here today, as the Minister responsible for the Environment, for the presentation of these educational DVD’s, which are focused on Bermuda’s unique marine ecosystem.”
“The fact that today is also World Oceans Day – which celebrates ocean conservation efforts among our global community – makes today’s presentation all the more appropriate.”
Pictured below are BUEI Chairman Jack Ward; Minister of Community Development Michael Weeks; Marine Explorer Teddy Tucker; Minister of Education Dame Jennifer Smith; and Minister Roban.
