Man Arrested: Attempted Theft of Rental Cycle
A 52-year-old man was arrested in connection with the attempted theft of a rental cycle.
A Police spokesman said, “At 2:25pm on Wednesday, Police received a report of an attempted theft of a rental cycle. It appears that sometime between 1:45pm and 2:10pm that day, an unknown man attempted to take the rental cycle from outside Eve’s Cycles in Dockyard.”
“The suspect, a 52 year old Sandys parish man, was subsequently arrested and detained in connection with the incident. He has since been released on bail; however a court appearance is anticipated in due course.”
