Platinum Declares Quarterly Dividend
Bermuda based Platinum Underwriters Holdings, Ltd. announced today [July 20] that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per common share. The dividend is payable on September 30, 2011 to shareholders of record on September 1, 2011.
Yesterday the Company reported a net loss of $20.4 million and a loss per common share of $0.55 for the quarter ended June 30, 2011.
