BBFS Win Final Euro Tour Game 10-0
The Bermuda Brazilian Football School [BBFS] players and coaches visited the training academy of Chelsea FC and were put through a 1hr 45 minute session, by coaches Jamie and Steve. The session consisted of a warm-up, agility drills, ball control, possession, 1v1 to 2 v 2 small sided games, shooting and 5 v 5 mini games.
The players were in awe of the 35+ training pitches at Chelsea Training Academy, with a coach saying: “They were all in immaculate condition and each pitch was much larger then the NSC North field.”
Later in the afternoon, BBFS traveled to Colchester FC for 3 matches. The U10 boys defeated Colchester 10-0 with Kane Crichlow, Rahzir Smith- Jones scoring fine hat-tricks, Khiari Sharieff-Hayward netting a brace and Ilhan Gibbons and Diego Richardson scoring one each.
The coaching staff of Colchester and parents were impressed by the U10′s and referred to them as “the real Brazilians.” Due to a scheduling error, Colchester were unable to field a team for the U12 boys and U12 girls.
BBFS will return to Bermuda via British Airways arriving tomorrow evening.
10-0. Sums up the lack of quality opponents. More false promises and future disappointments..
