BSX Delists Crighton Properties & Myall River
The Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX] announced the cancellation of listing from the BSX of Crighton Properties Pty Ltd. and Myall River Downs Pty Limited.
Further to the listing suspension announcement of 09 June, 2011, the BSX has, effective immediately, cancelled the listing of both the Ordinary shares and the Class A shares of both companies. The Listing cancellation was effected for non-payment of listing fees under the BSX Regulations, Sec I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.24(1) & (4).
okay then, please for the laymen, can someone elighten me….who is Crighton Properties and Myall River….what businesses do they operate. Who are the board members and why were they de-listed????
They are not in Bermuda – they just trade on our BSX…
