Tennis: Chris Rego Ranked COTECC #1
Teenage tennis player Christopher Rego is now ranked #1 in the Confederation of Tennis Central America and the Caribbean [COTECC] Junior Circuit Region in the Under 14 Boys Division.
The talented teen ranks among the island’s best tennis players of any age, and competes throughout the circuit overseas, consistently placing well.
Bermuda Lawn Tennis Association President Coleridge Place said, “Rego has done a great job in reaching number 1 in COTECC, the Executive and Board members of the BLTA are proud of his achievement.”
COTECC member countries include the U.S. Virgin Islands, Netherlands Antilles, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Costa Rica, Cuba, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haití, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Surinam, Trinidad & Tobago, and St. Lucia.
