Rubis Triathlon Festival Adult/Team Results
The Bermuda Triathlon Association’s Rubis Triathlon Festival was held yesterday morning [Sept.19] at Clearwater Beach with Jonathan Herring [pictured] raced away from the field to win the Adult Individual Olympic Distance Race  in a time of 2:10:55, while Cora Lee Starzomski won the Female Race when she crossed the line in a time of 2:26:16.
Herring was clocked at 22:12 in the 1500m Swim, 1:04:53 during the 40K Bike Course and then clocked 42:51 on the 10K Run course. Mark Wilcox was second with a time of 2:13:41, while Neil Lupsic finished third in a time of 2:14:13.
Starzomski crossed the line 8th overall, she recorded the third fastest Swim Time when she exited the water in a time of 23:41, she then clocked 1:12:30 on the Bike and then ran a 10K time of 48:47, the second female finishers was Joanna Shillington who finished 9th overall with a time of 2:27:44 and Claire De Ste Croix was the third Female finishers with a time of 2:42:53.
Chris hands won the Adult Triathlon Sprint Race with a time of 1:08:56, while Chris Harkness finished second with a time of 1:09:54 and Tim Goodyer was third clocking 1:10:16. Gabriella Arnold was the Female Adult Triathlon Sprint Race winner when she finished 9th overall with a time of 1:17:29.
Ian Port, Neil De Ste Croix and Sean Trott won the Adult male Team race clocking 58:57, while Alexis Dowling, Darren Dowling and Darico Clarke won the Adult Mixed Team Race with a time of 1:06:59.
