Upcoming: Screening Of ‘Ghetto Physics’

Later this month the film “Ghetto Physics” will be shown twice in Bermuda. On Friday 23rd September the film will screen at the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute at 7pm, and on Saturday 24th September it will screen at Chewstick, on the corner Court & Elliott Streets, at 4pm. The screening will be followed by a Q&A with the film’s director E. Ray Brown.

The film’s synopsis says, “In the ghettos, prostitution is referred to as “the game.” Thing is, “the game” isn’t limited to the streets. It’s goin’ down all over the world. An in-your-face wake-up call, GhettoPhysics shows how the game is played—from the corner offices of Wall Street to the inner sanctums of every world government, from the red light districts to the living rooms of our white-picketed houses on Main Street.”

    How about using the already well established term from what this film describes…………. that being “CAPITALISM”.

    No need to come up with some new, hip, Hollywood name for it……………………… read and watch all the films, books, documentaries about what Capitalism has and hasn’t done for us (the world) as an economic system – then make up your own mind whether it needs changing.
