Southampton Rangers are the 2011 Lindo’s Twenty20 Champions after beating St. David’s Cricket Club by 19 runs this past weekend at the National Sports Centre. The Man of the Match was Dion Stovell [31 runs, 4 wkts for 19 runs].
Southampton Rangers batted first and were bowled all out for 102, Dion Stovell was the top scorer with 31, while Kwame Tucker added 19. Loren Marshall was the pick of the St. David’s Cricket Club bowlers with figures of 3.5-0-26-4, while Justin Pitcher bowled 3-0-16-3 and Cejay Outerbridge bowled 4-1-17-3.
In reply St. David’s Cricket Club was bowled all out for 83, Landro Minors was the top scorer with 28 not out, while Ajuan Lambe added 21. Stovell returned bowling figures of 4-0-19-4 for Southampton Rangers, while Janeiro Tucker bowled 3.4-0-13-2.
