32-Yr-Old Man Denies Drug Possession
32-year-old Ashley Wellman appeared in Magistrates Court this morning [Dec.28], and was charged with possession of cocaine, cannabis and drug equipment [bags].
He was alleged to have been in possession of the material on December 23 in an Increased Penalty Zone, within 300 yards of the Somerset Cricket Club.
He received bail in the amount of $10,000 with one surety, and is scheduled to reappear on March 23, 2012.
