46-Yr-Old Woman Arrested After Accident
A 46-year-old woman was been arrested on suspicion of drunk driving after crashing her car into a stationary garbage truck last night [Jan.30] in Warwick.
A police spokesperson said, “Around 9:05pm on Monday, January 30th police responded to a report of a collision on Keith Hall Road, Warwick between a car and a garbage truck.
“It appears that the car was travelling along Keith Hall Road when it collided with the garbage truck which was apparently stationary at the time.
“On arrival, officers approached the car and spoke to the driver who appeared to be intoxicated. The 46 year old Warwick woman was arrested on suspicion of impaired driving and detained in police custody. A court appearance is expected in due course.”
