Phillips Top Scorer In Slovakian Win
Bermuda’s Sullivan Phillips lead his Slovakian Men’s National Basketball League team Prievidza as they defeated Svit 76-63.
Phillips stepped up and scored a game high 20 points, along with 7 rebounds and 5 assists. He went 5-of-7 from the field, 2-of-4 from behind the three point line, and 4-of-7 from the free throw line. Phillips also had 1 steal and 1 blocked shot in 31 minutes of action.
Phillips and his Prievidza teammates have now recorded five victories in a row. They maintain second place with 15-7 record behind leader Nitra.
