Police: Collision Witness Appeal

The Bermuda Police have issued an appeal for witnesses to a collision that occurred early Sunday morning sending twin brothers to hospital.

A police spokesperson said, “The investigation into the serious collision early Sunday morning on Woodlands Road in Pembroke involving a car and two pedestrians is ongoing. The victims, 35 year old twin brothers from Pembroke, remain in the Intensive Care Unit at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.

“The car driver, a 50 year old Paget woman, has been released on police bail pending further inquiries.

“Police are appealing for anyone who saw the victims prior to the collision, between 2am and 2:50am Sunday, January 29th or anyone who may have been in the Woodlands Road, Pembroke area around the time of the collision, to contact PC Tavoris Douglas on 295-0011.”
