Harness Pony Racing action continued at the National Equestrian Center on Vesey Street on Saturday [Jan.7].
Mike’s Shadow with Dylan DeSilva in the bike won the Heat 1 in the 1:04/4 and Faster “A” Class clocking 1:05’2, Brona’s Mike and Kirista Rabain finished second with a time of 1:05/3, with Time After Time and Darico Clarke finishing third with the same time.
In Heat 2 the 1:07/3 -1:09/3 “A” Class race Final Time and Francis Desilva finished first with a time of 1:09/2, while Tuxedo’s Lady with Kenny Mills in the bike finished second clocking 1:09/3 and Return To Sender and Samantha Hayward finished third with a time of 1:09/4.
What A Sensation and Andy Stoneham won Heat 3 the 1:09/4 – 1:11/4 “A” Class with a time of 1:09/4, I’m So Special with David Burrows Jr. finished second with a time of 1:10/1 and Samantha Hayward in the bike of Red Grand finished third clocking 1:10/2.
