Videos: Butterfield & Vallis 5K Race
Chayce Smith and Ashley Estwanik ran away with the Butterfield and Vallis 5K titles on Sunday [Feb.5]. Smith crossed the line in a time of 15:38, some three seconds outside the record time in this event. The defending champion Stephen Allen finished second in 15:49 and Gary Raynor finished third with 16:24.
Ashley Estwanik recorded a time of 18:13. She was the tenth competitor to cross the line with Jennifer Alen finishing second in a time of 18:59 that saw her finish 15th overall and Victoria Fiddick’s time of 19:26 saw her finish third among the female finishers and 22nd overall.
