Richard Ground To Join Appeal Court

Former Chief Justice Richard Ground will be joining the island’s Appeal Court, with effect from 1 January 2013.

A statement released by Government House yesterday afternoon [Apr.12] said, “After consultation with the President of the Appeal Court of Bermuda, the Rt Hon Edward Zacca, the Governor of Bermuda, Sir Richard Gozney, announced on Thursday, 12 April that Mr Richard Ground, the recently retired Chief Justice of Bermuda, will be joining the Island’s Appeal Court.”

“The Appeal Court’s panels for their sessions in June 2012 and November 2012 have already been set. Mr Ground’s appointment will take effect from 1 January 2013.”

    Ground will lend credibility to this travelling carnival….I still don’t like the way Zecca and even Austin Ward treated Leoni…..disgusting to say the least.
