Chaka Desilva Wins Jack Daniels Tour Round
Chaka Desilva took advantage of the small field to post another Jack Daniels Golf Tour win at Belmont Hills. On a blustery day Desilva once again struck the ball well but was not able to turn that into many birdies despite the opportunities.
This almost cost him his win with a bogey, double bogey finish to end with a 72(+2). This was just good enough to beat out Anthony Mocklow by a single shot.
Third went to Derriek Douglas who also let his round and chance of winning get away with double bogeys on 14 and 15 leaving him 3 shots off the pace. While Twilton Smith finished in fourth despite triple bogies on 2 and 9 to finish on 76(+6).
