West Hamilton Holdings Appoints Collier Chairman
Following their recent AGM, West Hamilton Holdings Limited announced that David White and Reid Young have retired as Directors, and that Michael Collier has been appointed as Chairman of the Company.
In his role as Chairman, Mr. Collier looks forward to working closely with WHHL’s Board and management team to continue to implement the company’s long term strategic objectives.
Mr. Collier, who retired as President and CEO of Butterfield Bank in 1996, is a career banker. He currently serves as the Chairman of The Ascendant Group of Companies, Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited and several other international companies.
The Board of Directors has also appointed Mr. Duncan Saville, a chartered accountant and director of ICM Limited, to serve as a director of the Company.
The primary assets of the Company consist of real property at 69 and 71 Pitts Bay Road and it remains the intention to develop this property by construction of four new buildings yielding 113,000 square feet of office space, 40,000 square feet of residential accommodation and underground parking for 181 cars.
