Bermuda Hogges Win 2nd Game Of Season
Last night [July 5] at the BAA Field the Bermuda Hogges won their second game of the USL Premier Development League season defeating the Long Island Rough Riders 3 – 1.
The Bermuda Hogges went in front in the 24th minute when Lashun Dill scored, and held that lead until the half time break. The visiting Long Island Rough Riders drew level in the 64th minute when Adriano Gabriele converted from the penalty spot.
Dill put the Bermuda Hogges back in front in the 65th minute and then Damico Coddington made it 3 – 1 four minutes later.
With the win the Bermuda Hogges moved off the foot of the USL Premier Development League Eastern Mid Atlantic Division, and now have 8 points on the season. Dill and Coddington joined Keishen Bean as the only Bermuda Hogges players to have scored two goals in the 2012 season.
