Two Volleyball Players Win Tournament Awards
The 2014 FIVB World Championship Qualification Women’s Round I Group D competition ended with Team St. Kitts and Nevis finishing on top with a perfect record.
Victory in three straight sets [25-20, 25 -8 and 25-20] gave Bermuda third place over St. Maarten. In addition, two Bermuda players also won individual awards with Lisa Leblanc winning the award for the Best Server and Denise Millican won the award for the Best Defensive Specialist.
