Jr Caribbean Cycling Championships Rescheduled

The Junior Caribbean Cycling Championship scheduled to take place in the Dominican Republic but postponed due to Hurricane Isaac has been rescheduled for September 15th and 16th.

Bermuda Bicycle Association President Peter Dunne said, “The team is ready to race, as evidenced by their performance last weekend, and it should be a good two days of racing.”

The eight riders scheduled to represent Bermuda, Vashon Cann, Mark Godfrey, Deshi Smith, Daelan Richardson, Daniel Oatley, Nathaniel Hartwig, Nico Barclay and Gabby Arnold.

Molly Pilgrim and Justin Ferreira were also previously chosen to participate but are unable to do so due to school schedule and injury.
