City Advises Of Temporary Road Closures

The City of Hamilton today [Oct 26] announced that Front Street between Queen and Parliament Streets will be closed on Saturday, October 27, from 4:00pm to 11:00pm for the Bermuda Corporate Games Parade of Athletes and Street Fest.

On Sunday, October 28, Front Street will be closed from Bermudiana Road to the city’s eastern boundary from 9:30am to midday. This closure will be to accommodate the Bermuda Corporate Games Triathlon.

Also on Sunday, October 28, the following roads will be closed from 7:30am to 9:00am for the rehearsal of the Convening of Parliament:

• Front Street between Queen and King Streets;
• Court Street between Front and Reid Streets; and
• Burnaby Street between Reid and Front Street.

During this period, there will be no parking on the following streets:

• Front Street between Parliament Street and Number Eight Car Park;
• Court Street between Front and Reid Streets; and
• Reid Street between Parliament and Court Streets.

The City of Hamilton apologizes for any inconvenience.
