Family Festival Of Sail On Sunday
The Family Festival of Sail is taking place on this Sunday, October 7th from 11.00am – 4.00pm at Barr’s Bay Park. This free event will see activities being held that the whole family can enjoy throughout the day celebrating boating and the sea.
Following a nautical theme, there will be free boat rides from Bermuda Sea Cadets, aboard yacht club member boats Mayhem and Passion and on a zodiac from Jesse James Cruises, face painting and fun castles. The African Diaspora Heritage Trail will have a display that features descendants of the ship Enterprise shipwrecked at this site.
The Bermuda Rowing Association will have simulators on site and a display. Food and refreshment vendors will be on hand and there will be musical entertainment along with Power Girl who will be the MC.
