  1. GOD 1st says:

    OBA OBA ALLLLLLLL THHHEEEEEE WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

  2. M.P.Mountbatten JP says:

The back of the UBP/OBA will be broken at many of these locations .

    • Back to Life, Back to Reality says:

That is nothing to be happy about. Hey Mountbatten JP, why is it you always seem to miss my posts asking why I should vote for the PLP and what part of Bermuda is Better today than 13 years ago?

Is it perhaps because there is no Ministry in Bermuda that is better off today than 13 years ago. I would like to say TCD but there is that Correia contract / TCD question that was never answered by the PLP?

So once again I ask – what part of bermuda is better off than 13 years ago?

      Crime
      Education
      Public Transportation
      Race Relations
      Tourism
      Employment
      Local Business
      International Business
      National Bebt
      Transparency
      Relationship with other Countries
      Condition of our Roads
      Unaccounted for millions of dollars

Help me here MP Bountbatten…I have less than 24 hours – and the people need to know why. Somehow, once again the PLP bloggers will ignore the questions, and

  3. Bermuda NEEDS help says:

If the PLP wins I will NOT invest in Bermuda anytime soon. Sad but true.

    • Maddog says:

You must be white so sad!!!!!! get a life!!!!!

      • Truth (Original) says:

You’re an idiot. I’m black and I feel the same way.

      • wtf says:

you must be a raciest even sadder people you is why this island will never move foward cause of narrow minded peanut brains,

      • ella says:

your an idiot!! Im black – now what!!!!

      • Bermuda NEEDS help says:

Race has NOTHING at all to do with this comment. My options is purely based on statistics.

People like you Maddog are whats holding this island back. RACISM is for those who have failed and are fooled into believing racism is the reason.

Barak Obama would give you a solid slap for that comment you just made. The black community is stronger than EVER and will continue to excel in life. I suggest you hop on the bus.

If you know of someone who is racist and because of that is holding you back, please let me know so I can help you kick their a**.

    • Raw Onion says:

Sad you should say that but unfortunately I have heard many people from all walks of life in Bermuda say the same thing. The PLP will sell our souls to get the economy sorted out.

    • Boycotting Bermuda! says:

@Bermuda NEEDS help: I agree with you 100%. If my vote for the OBA doesn’t help them win then I will continue to vote with my dollars! My family has considered buying land and building a house but those plans and DOLLARS are on hold. And to further send my message, I will not be spending as much money in town – I know this hurts local restaurants, bars, cinemas and the like, but a message needs to be sent! We cannot have another 14 years of this lying and cheating. The world is NOT in a recession anymore.

  4. kevin says:

One must reflect on thier own life and if you are happy and believe the PLP have done a good job and they have sound programs for the future then thats who you vote for ….If you aren’t happy where you are and dissapointed with the PLP and their mismanagement and the complete lack of vision for the future then you have to vote OBA
    Its quite simple
    I know i want change

  5. Missy says:

I refuse to vote OBA if Craig Cannonier will be the leader of this country. He knows nothing about politics and is new to the politics when there are plenty of other people in his party capable of the job. People say give him a chance. Please save that for primary school games.

Think of it as going to fly a plane, if you was to just give somebody with little or no experience a chance to fly a plane full of people on it , will it be ok? I THINK NOT.
Bermuda and the recession – the PLP did not cause the recession. The recession is WORLD WIDE. People wake up and realize Bermuda is apart of the world and we will feel the effects of the recession.

The free buses and BDA College tuition was a thing of trial and error. If you’ve never made a mistake before and learned from it, you be lying to yourself.

Yes mistakes have been made but we learn from them!!!

So today I will be Standing Strong Bermuda. PLP All the way, All the way PLP.

    • WillSee says:

The recession is ending in the US and the Islands down south are not having any problems building new hotels or refurbishing old ones. The PLP did not cause the recession, but they mismanaged, in my opinion, the country’s finances and now we have a 1.5 billion dollar debt and nothing to show for it.Further more their behaviour speaks for itself. I want to know where the unauditted 500,000,000.00 plus dollars has gone.
Surely you would like to know to.

    • Let me get this str8 says:

The US has not been in recession for 3 years and running.

Take a look at the below.

      http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=Co1kGYemYQ4

I know it hurts, but you and the rest of the PLP zealots have been continually lied to for years by the same people who profess to care about you so much. Bu they at least in 2011 we beat the likes of Sudan, Yemen, Greece and Libya. Yayyyy PLP all the way (to the bottom).

They need, yearn and thirst for power and will divide the island, lie through their teeth and deceive anyone that deem necessary to retain the power that they hold so dear in their hearts.

I know you probably will dismiss facts as being lies and just revert back to parroting whatever the PLP tells you to believe.

I have no doubt that the Perpetual Lying Party which achieve their main goal today. And that would be simply to retain power to enrich themselves and play on your emotions.

Good luck in the future, as we all will need it.

    • Honestly says:

      Ditto

      • Let me get this str8 says:

Well I guess recognition of actual facts over political rehtoric isn’t one of your strong points. The facts are there (see post above) and yet so many refuse to accept them. Absolutelty amazing and scary that such polictical zealots are within BDA’s electorate.

  6. Jim bob says:

I sincerely believe that Bermuda will be no better off with the OBA in power. Better the devil you know than the one you don’t. Especially when the old UBP aka OBA are prepared to trick the voting population into voting for them by use of the secret document. Whether or not we agree or disagree, the fact is that everything that was said in the report has happened so far.
I have not voted yet and I am so lost as to who to give my vote to. I have heard so many OBA supporters say I that they are looking forward to proving that “white people” in Bermuda can win something. That for me says two things, that Craig Cannonier really is surrogate and also it reinforces the stereotype that the OBA is the white party. I am black and before I heard those comments I was planning on voting for the independant, now I feel myself leaning more towards voting PLP just to shut those OBA supporters up. Not the right frame of mind to vote in, but its a tough one.

    • Come Correct says:

IF you really did hear that, what you should have done was extended your fingers to form a stiff open hand and swung your arm at a 45 degree angle. Let me clarify this, white people win sh!t all the time(T Butterfield for one), black people win sh!t all the time (Stefan Dill & Avita O’Connor most recently). White people do not win elections and neither do black people. For the people that dont seem to get this, elections are for the people and in this case, BERMUDIANS! Our governments aim to divide us to rule us and election after election we let them. When we as a people finally realize that collectivly our voice is like thunder, a sound long forgotten by these elite(either party), then we will start to see an island that truly works for us all, but we must demand it. DIVIDED WE WILL FALL/FAIL. <—That is a time tested FACT. Amazing how we let a few elites take control of us without collectivly standing up for ourselves. Have we not yet realized theres more of us than there is of them?
