Horseshoe Group Selects Underwriting Platform
Bermuda-based insurance management services provider Horseshoe Group signed up with Eurobase Insurance Solutions to use its synergy2 software underwriting platform. Horseshoe Group is a provider of management and advisory services to insurers, reinsurers, sidecars, transformers, and catastrophe bonds.
Horseshoe Group will be deploying synergy2 in its Bermuda and Cayman Islands operations, and will be utilising the full capability of synergy2 for underwriting, claims, reinsurance, accounting and reporting. The reinsurance functionality will be used for the administration of the link between the reinsurance market and capital investors.
Speaking about its decision to choose Eurobase’s synergy2, Andre Perez, CEO, Horseshoe Group said “We were looking for an underwriting system which was flexible enough to handle the complexity of transactions we manage but also simple enough to use.
