Montpelier Re Declares Quarterly Dividend
Bermuda-based Montpelier Re Holdings Ltd. has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.115 per Common Share. The Company’s Board of Directors has also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.554688 per 8.875% Non-Cumulative Preferred Share, Series A. The dividends are payable on or before April 15, 2013, to all shareholders of record as of March 28, 2013.
The Board currently intends to maintain the dividend per Common Share at the current level in future periods and will consider further adjustments to its Common Share dividend policy periodically.
