Nominations Open: Insurance Industry Awards
The Bermuda Insurance Institute, in partnership with Bermuda industry organizations, requests nominations for their annual Bermuda Insurance Industry Awards.
The Awards serve to recognize individuals who have made significant contributions in or throughout their careers and organizations that have significantly contributed to the Bermuda community.
They are currently accepting nominations for:
- Life Time Achievement Award
- Young Industry Leader of the Year Award
- Industry leader of the Year Award
- New this year – Corporate Social Responsibility Award
Criteria: Nominated companies must:
- Be insurance, reinsurance or brokerage firms registered and operating in Bermuda
- Have demonstrated socially responsible leadership by consistently living by a CSR-guided philosophy in its operations
- Have committed substantial resources to achieve significant and sustainable benefit to the Bermuda community in social, economic and/or environmental arenas, through non-profit ventures
- Have provided outstanding value and benefits through these initiatives
- Have generated support and appreciation from those that will ultimately benefit
