Action in the YAO Cal Ripken Division continued at the YAO Ball Park this weekend, where the Orioles defeated the Mets 9-4 in the first match.
Orioles pitcher Colin McCue dominated in a convincing 65 pitch performance. Stephon Paynter scored the only run allowed in McCue’s five innings work. McCue’s battery mate, Connor Somerville, was solid behind the plate and had a double to help the offense.
