Health & Seniors Ministry: Office Relocation

May 23, 2013

The Ministry of Health and Seniors said that various offices within the Ministry of Health and Seniors will be relocated this month as a “cost saving measure.”

A spokesperson said, “The Ministry Headquarters staff [minus the accounts section] will be relocating from the ground floor to the first floor of the Continental Building, 25 Church Street [on the corner of Church Street and Burnaby Street]. Their moving day will be Saturday, May 25th. The weekend moving date will aim to ensure minimal disruption to services.

“The National Office for Seniors and the Physically Challenged [NOSPC] will be taking over the offices vacated by Ministry Headquarters, moving from their current location of ‘Stonehall’, 60 Victoria Street on May 29th. They will be closed on May 29th to accommodate this move.

“The Health Promotion and Epidemiology Sections will also move to offices vacated by Headquarters on the ground floor of the Continental Building as well as upstairs on the first floor, which will take place on May 27th. Both are currently located at Suite 202/203, 2nd Floor, Melbourne House, Parliament Street, Hamilton.

“All phone numbers will remain the same.”
