Mirrors Programme Launches New Website

June 8, 2013

The Mirrors Programme has launched its new website specifically designed to keep members of the public abreast of Mirrors programming and activities.

The Mirrors website is an interactive site featuring the vision, mission and core values of the organization. It provides a calendar of events for volunteers and participants. In particular, the calendar includes volunteer training dates to support those interested in volunteering for the 2013/2014 cycle of programming.

The site also provides insight into the levels of programming offered by the organization for youth and adults. Referral forms and volunteer applications can be completed through the website. All information will be sent to the Mirrors email address mirrors@gov.bm

“We were able to use our own photographs and real life stories to provide a narrative about the transformation encountered by our participants. The site really reflects who we are and I am pleased with the work of Deleon Lottimore of the Department of Communication and Information for the Mirrors branding and Sacha Richardson of Panacea for capturing the organizations vision through the production of the website”, Kimberley Jackson, Programme Coordinator said.

“The completion and launch of this website is a huge accomplishment for the organization. It has taken time to pull together a tool of this magnitude that accurately reflects what Mirrors is about and the impact the organization has on the community,” Ms. Jackson added. “There is no doubt that when you visit the site and read the compelling stories you would agree that Mirrors is indeed transforming our community, one person at a time.”
